COMPANY REFUND POLICY
This document outlines the rules governing payments and refunds for courses offered by Company Platform (“Company”). This policy ensures clarity and fairness in all financial transactions.
By enrolling in any course and submitting payment, parents and students (collectively, “Participants”) agree to comply with these terms. Once payment is processed, no refund requests, claims, or disputes will be entertained under any circumstances.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Withdrawal of Admission : Participants seeking to withdraw from a course at any stage of the enrollment process are required to submit a formal written request via email to the Client Relations Officer at education@aifer.in.
- Admission/Registration fee: Non-refundable under all circunstances.
- Refund Eligibility Timeline For Bank/UPI/Online Payments:
- Refund within 10 days of payment: Refund issued after deducting charges for completed classes.
- Reduced Refund (11-31 Days): Refund after deducting charges for completed classes , 10% admin/tech fee and GST. Cancellation requests must be received before the 30th day from the payment date.
- No Refund (After 31 Days): No refund will be processed.
- For transactions made through EMI: The only variations from other payment methods (such as Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash) are as follows:
- Processing Fee: An administrative and processing fee of 5% of the total sales amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Loan Responsibility: For payments involving third-party loans, the Participant bears full responsibility for loan closure. The Company shall not intervene in or resolve disputes with loan providers.
- Deductions from Refund:
- The expense of books or course materials provided under the program will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Courier charges incurred for sending books or materials will also be deducted.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUNDS
- Health Conditions: Refund requests due to severe health conditions must be supported by an official medical certificate. Such requests are subject to review and approval by the Company’s management, and the decision shall be final.
- Natural Calamities: Participants or their immediate family members affected by natural calamities may apply for a refund. Refunds will be issued after deducting charges for sessions already completed. Proper documentation substantiating the claim must be provided for approval.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Attendance – When the participant fails to maintain at least 90% attendance.
- Disciplinary Violations – In cases of termination due to misconduct or breach of the Company’s code of conduct.
- Connectivity Issues – Inability to attend sessions owing to internet disruptions or personal absence.
- Parental Non-Cooperation – When parents/guardians do not respond to feedback or evaluation requests from the Company.
- Ineligibility or Policy Breach – Failure to meet eligibility criteria or adhere to the Company’s policies.
- Personal Withdrawal – Voluntary withdrawal made after the refund eligibility period has lapsed.
- Course Expiry – When the course validity period has been exceeded.
NOTE: Non-Academic Courses – Refunds are not applicable for non-academic programs priced below INR 5,000.
COURSE TRANSFER & EXPIRY
- Participants unable to continue may transfer enrollment to another person with prior approval from the Client Relations Officer, within the course expiry period.
- The course expiry period will be informed during student induction by the Client Relations Officer.
REFUND PROCESSING PROCEDURE
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 25 working days.
- Tutor Replacement Clause: For tutor-related issues, up to 3 tutor substitutions will be attempted before a refund is considered.
FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions related to admissions, fee payments, and refunds rest solely with the Company’s management.
Any issues not specifically addressed in this policy will be interpreted and resolved by the Company, and such decisions shall be considered final and binding.
GOVERNING LAWS & JURISDICTION
- This policy is governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
